My ex told me that if she ever finds out I have a new girlfriend she is going to tell everyone all the secrets I told her and make up awful stories about me. I just met a new girl, and I like her, but I’m terrified to get close to her because of my ex. What should I do?

The first thing I’d suggest you do is look closely at the kind of girls you’re choosing to date; the fact that you got involved with someone who is that vindictive suggests that you’re perhaps not picking the people that are best for you.
